Our refined selection of English wines is made with precision, care, and a true sense of place. From fresh, vibrant whites to delicate, fruit-forward rosés, each bottle is a celebration of West Sussex and the stories we continue to write.
Our still wines begin in the vineyard, where healthy, balanced fruit is the foundation of our vineyard-first philosophy. Guided with restraint and minimal intervention, we aim to preserve purity, freshness, and varietal clarity in every bottle.
Crafted to reflect England’s cool-climate growing conditions, our wines highlight freshness, texture, and balance. We blend tradition and innovation, combining classic methods with modern tools, using oak, concrete, and stainless steel to allow each parcel to express its unique character.
The result: elegant, expressive wines that speak clearly of where they’re from and how they’re made — quietly confident, unmistakably Abingworth.
Abingworth sparkling wine is made using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle to bring depth and finesse. Carefully selected parcels of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are chosen for their natural acidity, balance, and potential to age gracefully.
Produced in small batches, each wine reflects the subtle character of its vintage, variety, and vineyard origin. We are patient — with extended lees ageing, time in old oak, and a gentle rest under cork — to build complexity, texture, and a refined mousse.
Bright fruit, vibrant acidity, and delicate autolytic notes define our style — a modern English expression with a clear sense of place.
