3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Abingworth Vineyard. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• - Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
• - Delivery times generally take 3-5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and courier services.
• - While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier issues).
• - We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Refund and Returns Policy

Due to UK alcohol laws, we can only accept returns in the following cases:

• - The product is damaged, faulty, or flawed.
• - The product is not as described.

We cannot accept returns if:

• - The product was ordered in error.
• - You have changed your mind.
• - The product was damaged during transit (please contact the carrier directly in this case).

Damaged and Faulty Items

- If your product arrives damaged or flawed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@abingworthvineyard.com, including photos and order details.
- If approved, we will offer an exchange or a full refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Returned to Sender Items

If a parcel is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address, missed deliveries, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you once it arrives back at our warehouse.

• - Re-shipping: We can resend the parcel; you may be responsible for new shipping fees.
• - Refunds: We can refund the product cost (excluding original shipping fees) if the goods are returned in a resellable condition. Perishable or time-sensitive items may not be eligible for refund.

6. Payment

Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

7. Liability
